Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade from monthly to annual anytime and receive prorated credit for the remainder of your current month. Since monthly plans are paid upfront, downgrades take effect when your current billing period ends. If you need help with a plan change, reach out to us at feedback@phonologic.ca.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. Your stories and progress are saved, so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe.
Is there a free trial?
During our open beta, all users get free access to every feature. We'll send you plenty of notice before anything changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
